Lazi,
I found full house 10MM "stout but totally manageable" in my G20SF. I expect the same with the Gen4. I do plan on replacing the factory recoil assembly with a stainless rod and heavier spring. This prevents early action opening and tightens velocity spreads.

I think every handgun I own has better ergos than my Glocks...including a Ruger LCP!!!!!!

Problem is I've shot Glocks so long other guns expect 1911/2011s feel to strange.
