I like greaser's coasters. Those would look great in my Den next to my moose lamp.

The now-almost-standard "MagPul" style trigger guard adds a little gloved finger relief, but your TG looks perfect. Thanks Arch, I like it. I love those coasters carved slate.

I've read a few articles recently on the 6.5 Creedmore! What a round!

I prefer the 7.62x40 almost as far reaching, but put together with common components. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/7.62%C3%9740mm_Wilson_Tactical
Now that is not to say that the 6.5 isn't an impressive round but being a cheapskate reloader, I like to look at common components.

I've read a few articles recently on the 6.5 Creedmore! What a round! Wow, you are a youngster. That broke on the market a long time ago. The various 6.5 and 6.8 rounds were the latest fad. Unfortunately, they are superior to the ubiquitous 5.56x45 round, but the military's lack of interest relegated them to wildcat status. Until mass wholesale quantities of a particular ammo is available on an ongoing basis (5.45x39 I'm looking at you) I'll stick with 5.56x45 and 7.62x51.

Not busting your chops, GD...I'm pointing a finger at our military that keeps handing out DI 5.56 rifles and carbines when they could be issuing a 6.8SPC piston design.

Nope I will admit I know it's been out for a while I just didn't know of its performance numbers. Trying to work with STI is a pain. I shouldn't have got this dang gun.

That sucks about your STI GD, I think its a flipper It sounds like you got a good enough deal you should be able to hopefully break even.
