Yeah, but I don't know if even that would have helped ours. You can water it and 10 minutes later it's dry!

Yeah it's poor soil. They actually pulled about 2-3 foot of sand off a ridge onto our yard to increase the height from the really low spot it was.

But yeah, ideally we could strip about a foot or so off and replace it with some real dirt.
