I don't know how the Blackhawk PGs are but the Magpul ones are a tight fit. One or two taps with a screwdriver handle is usually enough to get it started.

Gun thread....
I really like the SUPER TIGHT fit and ULTRA LIGHT wait of the Rogers / Colt Super Stock. The locking mech is superior to MagPul's too. Before paint the stock fit so tight on the RE it took effort to move.
