Grease, we've had better animal days. Did not get started until about noon. Saw one bear (couldn't get any good pics), 4 Deer and 3 squirrels.

OK, I was wrong again. We saw 4 bears. Mom's and 2 cubs and the last one was a loner.

Howdy Dawgs! Went to SMKT today and got that combo 40oz canteen, 28 oz cup and stove. (Made by Pathfinder school, Dave Canterberry) And it also came with a ss lid and a nylon holder. I also got a couple Fox 40 mini whistles oh and they took a Tops whistle off a knife and GAVE IT TO ME! They had ran out of the whistles! And I got a 10 inch crock stick for two bucks. Oh I forgot a Titanium SporkThen we went to BASS Pro and I got two frontier filters. I'm happy with what I got. Oh yeah, I found something I just know Gary is gonna love, but don't tell him. I want it to be a surprise... Brainzzzzzzzzz

Well, we made it up to Clingmans dome and the observation platform so officially we made it into North Carolina. We had planned on going to Cherokee but we ran out of time. Oh well, another destination for another day.
