My knife arrived earlier and I am quite happy with it. To me, the longer blade really justifies the Regulator handle; it will be a sweet chopper.

I had to do some work today. I roasted 3 batches of coffee beans. I’m not used to doing so much work. Now I have to relax the rest of the day and maybe tomorrow too.
