Yes, we have all the modern conveniences, including flush toilets with indoor plumbing.  I hear that some of the East-side kids still use those funny looking little houses and corn cobs.  .........

My father was born and raised in Alabama and he said when he was a kid and out playing with his friends in the woods, they would use a young pine tree. You had to make sure though that you went with the grain and not against it.
