I also lost weight. I tried the fasting diet and lost 65 pounds. Also landed in the hospital because my glucose level went too low. (I’m a diabetic.). My doctor eliminated one of my diabetic meds and cut the remaining one in half. The med reduction made me feel a lot better because evidently the one that was eliminated was causing a bad side effect.
