Thanks Vance. That was the easy part. Just a little sanding drum on a Dremel tool. Took maybe 10 minutes, tops. I figured the one it had was just too small for my fat fingers.

I'm afraid that production would be very slow. It took me all day to do one little knife. I started at 7:30 am and did not finish until after 4:00. Got nothing else done all day. Imagine how long a DFLE would take me!

I must admit, I am totally into it when I grind. And I am out on my back porch. I drag my grinder and stuff out there. All I can see is marsh and woods and the various animals that wander by. The rabbits and squirrels don't even run from me anymore. I must grind standing up and bent over, so I must take occasional breaks. The time passes quickly. Grinding is just so fun. I am learning from my mistakes and getting better with each project. My last job was nothing but one big eternal hassle. I do not miss it. Management is over rated.
