I've had that X-Ring for about a year, but just mounted the optic. Again, as I sell my "collection" I'm trying to finish out everything I intend to keep.
I'm excited about replacing my Vortex Viper with a Nightforce. I haven't been happy with the Viper, at all. Its fine under about 12 power, but over 12 and the optical clarity diminishes.

Not precision shooting perse... But I love my Ruger in 7.62x39 and it shoots great. Has a Vortex 2x6. Wish I noted which ammo this was... ![[Linked Image from i.imgur.com]](https://i.imgur.com/nBrk6q4l.jpg) My Saint Edge is a shooter too...this is with a Primary Arms 1x6... ![[Linked Image from i.imgur.com]](https://i.imgur.com/KYVztmKl.jpg)

Rich, 100 yards?
Nicely done. M43 Russian is not noted for accuracy.

Haha. Seriously, I with Gary. Didn't know the Russian round was that accurate. You sure proved them wrong!

This thread inspires me to take out my Anschutz .22 and Savage heavy barrel .223 and see if I can still shoot well. Not likely at almost 74 but it won’t hurt to try.

Ray, being almost 74 isn't any reason that you can't shoot well. BUT you might need a scope now, I know I do.
