All kidding aside about coffee brands, the grind of Folger’s et al is likely to be too fine for a French press. This could cause the coffee to be harsh and bitter. Of course you Marine and Navy people are used to this and probably like it this way. And the Air Force people probably go to the Starbucks on their base anyway.

As Ray said, All kidding aside, I actually wanted to try a French Press for Many many years, just never got around to it. And now that Patty bought me the Keurig I really like it. Right now I am drinking Camerons Jamacian Blue Mountain. I may try the Kona next time I'm at Schnuck's.
