Hey Ray, found some Kona Coffee K-pods today at T J Max. Can't wait to try it. Drinking a cup of vanilla flavored coffee right now. I'll have a nice cup of Decaf tonight around 9pm or so.

Well, my best day ever. According to my fit Bit I have only missed two days walking on our tread mill this so far this month. AND I have had my best "Walk" ever. Now it may not be to good for a lot of you guys, but for me, an old, out of shape (Not quite as) fat guy, pretty good I think.
I did 1.707 miles in 30.01 minutes with an average of 4.5 degree incline. My average speed will fall somewhere between 3 and 3.5 mph. I'm pretty proud of myself.
