Music to my ears! I felt like I was lost in the middle of the ocean in a row boat.

You know I have been doing a lot of thinking about this. We all have our favorites, me included of course. I would like to see a Mini Tali-Whacker as I think it would make an excellent all around user/combat blade. Just shrink the blade profile down to NOTHING more than a 4.25 inch blade, tip to handle, and with the edge brought all the way back to the handle but allowing for self (field) sharpening, so that would probably necessitate a small "Choil" so you could get all the way to the handle end of the edge.

Now after all that said, I think it would be more of a combat type blade, useful for a multitude of tasks while being a master of no particular task in general.

I think that a MINI TRASH with a 4.25 inch blade and maybe 50-60% the height of the TRASH1 and a thickness of 5/32 (.1562) inch and a Full Flat Grind. Most of the folks that have an ASH/TRASH and use it know how truly handy that blade shape can be. Just imagine how much handier something like this would be. And once again with the Basic handle. I WOULD buy at least two of these very handy I think blades. How say you Dawgs.

After once again diligently scanning through the Scrapyard knife Specs thread I finally hit on what I have been trying to explain (this is NOT counting the Mini Tali-Whacker).

MY perfect small carry do everything usually necessary would be a lengthened version of the Mud Puppy. Keep the same handle, same "Choil" but lengthen the blade to a full 4.25 inches and take the blade height to 1.25-1.40, or until it looks proportional or the same as the "Looks" of the Muppy.

If I had the money and could get someone to do it (Without invoking the wrath of the Busse Boys) THAT is what I would have someone make for me. A Muppy that has had it's blade lengthened by 3/4 to 1 inch with a proportional increase of blade height. I think that about everyone would want to jump on that band wagon.

I would like to see this one made over all the other "Suggestions" my delusional brain has came up with.

I think that's a great idea, as long as it has a small, shallow choil (1/8" preferred, 3/16" max).
