But I do use them some around the house on smaller tree limbs and bushes. Heck, I even break out the Muppy LE for kitchen duty every once in a while, just because it is such a great knive. Now if it were just a DPS it would get a lot more use. grin

What steel is the Muppy LE?

It is 154CM. AND I was fortunate that a still Unknown dog gifted it to me because it has my JYD number on it. THIS PLACE IS GREAT!

This is a great community.

My 911 and my elmax knives have gotten the most use by far. Those elmax were some of the most useful knives to come out. Price point was great too. Love to see them come back with the muddy handle

I have a 511 that likes to eat cardboard; it's one of my favorites. smile

Had to use my MilReg once to pry open a storage room door. Wound up damaging the door AND the frame! Guess what, no damage to the MR except for some paint scraped off the door frame and I had to take fingernail polish to remove it.

The Regulator is one I wish I had bought, but for some reason did not. I like pointy knives, and that it is! smile
I like the AR9.5, but of course it is a much different knife.

What About YOU Guys?

So with a 1311 I cleaned and butchered 3 different deer...I forgot to bring a smaller knife. Anyway I just had to choke up on the blade so to speak.

I dug a hole with a Dog Father to plant a small tree..no shovel and it was sandy soil...like that makes a difference..it did work well and I do not recommend it LOL

I threw a Regulator at a tree. It would have worked if the tip would have hit first. It didn't and I had to grab ground. Really dumb...something I would have done when I was 14 not 58

Remember that pic of me lopping off higher tree branches while standing in my tractor's loader bucket? The DogFather did an outstanding job of it!

That pic is a classic...there are no heights that you wont go to in order to chop...so cool
