Most of my outdoor knives are either blaze orange or have blaze orange lanyards.
Even my outdoor wallet is blaze orange

I lost a ton of folders when I was a kid, I don't recall losing a knife outdoors for more than a few minutes as an adult.

When I was 20 my one aunt gave me a folder that my recently deceased uncle carried for about 15 years.
It was my edc for over 20 years.
I was devastated when I lost it, a few months later when cleaning my car i found it wedged in the seat.
I put it away and only carry it every once in a while.
This is 1 of 3 of my knives that are not really users

Wait a minute, did you just say (outdoor wallet) like as in how women change their purses when they go out?

Good idea to make your wallet difficult to lose, especially if you encounter a Game Warden. wink

Quite right, shouldn't judge a foreigner so harshly.

Tom IS right. Back when I had to work for a living, Bill and I spent hours talking to each other on here about so many different topics I couldn't even name them now. Many MANY enjoyable hours. Bill is very intelligent and quite well informed about a multitude of subjects.

Yep
For camping or hunting I just keep the bare necessities in my wallet, id, tags/license and money.
If I lose it I am not replacing all of my id's/documents

After hearing it explained so well it really sounds brilliant. Probably cuts down on weight and adds to general comfort too, like most things we do and buy for hunting season. I think you have persuaded me.
