On another note, I was looking through book lists through amazon unlimited and came across an interesting title.

It is called The Annihilation Virus. It is almost as if someone wrote about this present "Situation" and published it back in December. It doesn't involve China as the aggressor, but another certain "Enemy" of the U.S. in the Middle East developed this UNcureable, NO vaccine virus based on Rabies. It's kinda scary.

Well dang it. I bought my "Man Bag" quicker than I should have. They now have one for over half off. Sometimes impulse buying shouldn't be done.

Well actually I did. BUT I got a 5 percent refund for being retired Military.

My daughter asked to work out with me today. She wants to be stronger. The kid had me rolling teaching her to lift. But I think she might be hooked. She is asking to work out with me every day. I will hold her to 3 days a week since she is beginning but she might be hooked.

I am having her fill in the other days with cardio. LOL, I'm not a cardio guy. More of a freakishly strong Fatboy.

Those are days long gone for me. ;(
