Haha, the only award I want is to be able to NOT get back up to 288 pounds again. I would like to get down to below 200 but not sure that is going to happen. But I CAN tell a big difference in my stamina and ability to do things without getting winded or not as much as I used to do. And like James Brown said, "I Feel Good".

Oh Sorry, and Thank You guys. It may not sound like all that much to a lot of folks, but it is an accomplishment to me. Now I gotta start using the surgical tubing bands I was given for my arms. Man they're rough! Guess I should unsnap one from the handles and just start with one at first. I don't want to get like a body builder or anything, but I would like to be able to do some things without getting all tuckered out after just a minute or two. At leas I've started doing something.
And when my backs not killing me, or my legs don't feel like 500 pounds of lead, I enjoy it.

Evening Dogs!
Just got back from Idaho, Unfortunately, I did not find the plot of land I was hoping for. Nearly everyone had restrictive covenants or plain bizarre covenants that I could not abide by. It was very interesting. One had every building must be approved by an architectural committee. But they refused to supply guidelines for what could be built. Not a wasted trip since I did hang out in Yellowstone yet again. Saw every type of apex predator they have except one.
