Good morning Yard. My brother is supposed to visit today and we will go fishing on my pond. He has the worst luck for a fisherman that I have ever seen, so I hope to change that for him today.:)

Good late evening Yard. Well we broke my brother's jinx; he caught a couple of dozen fish and so did I. He FINALLY found out what he was missing as I tried to get him on my pond for many years now. Mission accomplished!

Morning, it's going to be a warm one today. Mid 90's. Oddly I have to get the furnace fired back up by Monday. It's supposed to be cold and up to 7 inches of Snow Monday to Tuesday night.

No kidding! We are supposed to drop about thirty degrees for our high temp. in a few days and will be getting a shot of early Fall. Nice time to sit outside with a fire in either our chiminea or fire pit.

It's been a decent weekend so far. Woke up early yesterday and watched the Hot Air ballons flying by the house. Some old friends came by for several hours and we were able to catch up. Today my wife and I got up early and sat on the back deck had some cofee and waited for the ballons again. It's gonna be a scorcher again today.
