Howdy guys. Been a day. Zeta blew through this morning, winds 70+ mph and about 3-5 inches of rain. Trees down everywhere and our power just came back on. And we’re lucky. Next road over is being told it may be next week before they get power back.

They’re doing fine. She’s trying to get into grad school so she’s staying pretty stressed. The boys stay with us when dad is working since they both work nights

Good morning, Yard. Couple inches of snow today. Funny, I used to love snow when I was a kid. Building snow forts, having snowball fights, chance of a day off from school. I hate snow now. Turned into an old curmudgeon I guess.

We just returned from a Walmart run; seems like everyone is stocking up before the election. You might want to stock up while you can, especially if you live in an urban area.

They started hitting supplies hard a the beginning of the week Toilet paper and Hand sanitizer version II. I'm betting it's going to get sporty in some of the urban areas.

I'm glad I don't have to be a part of it. I figured there would be at least 2 more runs before the end of the year.

At our Walmart they were actually putting things back out on the shelves, etc. I guess they were smart enough to realize that not all locations are like the bigger cities.
