Morning!

A friend of mine is retiring tomorrow so we are going to a retirement get together at church this afternoon. It will likely be the last time I see him. He is pulling the plug and moving to another state as well.

Seems like all the good folk are packing it up so the “Other side” can do whatever they want without bothering moral folks.

Wise move!

He is a really good guy. We have been through some crazy stuff together. I think he just had his fill. I was the sole holdout for tenured supervisors. I trained most of the guys that retired over the past few years. LOL, I guess I'm an old warhorse.

I have mentored several to replace me. It is interesting leaving a team like this. We have a lot of road behind us and a whole lot of rough times where we only had each other to rely on. It's official The bands broken up.

But now you get to play your own tunes.
