Yeah that gravity thing is a real pain. Gravity sucks and friction is a drag... Good day Yard! Looks like round two for snow clearing today. Fortunately only another inch or two to deal with, plus the special present from the plow at the end of the driveway. Yesterday was a little more challenging with a good 12" of wet snow after it settled. Funny enough, I do enjoy puttering outside clearing it though!

I have the garage rearranged. I just need to sell a few things and then go through my shelves and get rid of stuff. That's going to be the hard part for me. If I toss a bolt or washer I need it the next week. Every time.

Good morning Yard. Taking the General to Lenscrafters for an eye exam and possibly new glasses later today. Bringing home some Arby's beef sandwiches for later.

All I have to wear now are cheaters for up close/reading. I am so thankful to not have to wear glasses constantly any more.

Chris, that's because you're still young and strong. I'm old, broken, and out of warranty! Enjoy having a task to work on. Not great at sitting idle or doing aimless things. Something satisfying about being able to see the results of the work. I'd like a really big yard at the next house just so I have an excuse to get a small tractor to cut the grass with. Someday!

If I toss a bolt or washer I need it the next week. Every time. A couple of months ago I cleaned out the garage and threw out a bunch of stuff. Last week I was downstairs in the shop and wanted to use my wet grinder to sharpen some chisels. Then I found out that the plastic piece I threw out was the water trough for the grinder. It can’t be used without it.

I guess I'm not the only one with that kind of luck. I tossed out a box from a WML. It had a part in it that I have never used because I have never needed it in about 15 years. Guess who needed it last week. 20 bucks to replace it. Or spend another 300 to get a new one..........

Well off to another test for Patty. Last time they said her white blood cell count was highly elevated. You know what we think. They also said she now has more things (my word) on one of her kidneys.
