I got a email to contact them. I called and they said the order was cancelled due to billing addresses not match the card. So now it's reordered and on the way.
And the chest rigs have shipped.
I wish I was doing the kind of hunting that would justify something like a nice HPG chest rig. But I went hunting this past Saturday and of the 40 acre square I was hunting the best spot I found where I actually knew I would actually see a deer I could still look over and see my truck lol.

Thanks for the heads up but they managed to process the order and get it shipped. Says it'll be here Wed. 1/20. I bookmarked the link just in case.
USPS has been mighty flakey these last few months so who knows if I'll get it. Packages sit at the local distro here for weeks with no updates. Nothing has gone back yet but there was a thing a few years ago where they were sending my packages back. In fact when I think about it that's probably what happened with first ZT0220 I ordered. The company tried to charge me shipping to send it to me again and then tried to charge me a restocking fee for a refund. After I filed a claim they up and asked me did I still want to purchase the knife from them. I never replied.

I have been using the same style slings for 50 years. USGI. I liked the simplicity of the first one I used and then bought a bunch of government surplus and still using them. No bells and whistles like modern types but they work well for my purposes.

I agree Ray, some things are timeless. But since I don’t have a sling other than the V Tac, am used to it and like it, I will probably go with another one like it. I got the bungee version.

I have a vtac on my SA Edge and like it. Ordered an inexpensive simple one for the Ruger. Just want one to be able to sling it if needed and more importantly for me- to be able to practice transitioning to pistol from rifle (carbine).

Bought some hardware to finish making a wooden saw vise. My 150 year old vise is starting to feel its age.

Just finished reading Concrete Jungle by Clay Martin. He had a suggestion I liked for food/calorie prep for the kids- chocolate protein mix. I ordered a container.
