She IS doing some better. No constant vomiting. Just once in a while now, but the other end is starting to act up some again, although not anywhere like it was even 2 weeks ago.

LOL, it's why normal people continue to distrust the media. That guy represents Christians just as much Falun Gong represents Buddism.

I don't think anything is going to change anytime soon. The left seems to be more anti-religion and will constantly attack those of faith. Those of faith look at a large part of the left as their polar opposites.

The middle majority gets hosed because the media paints with a broad brush. The media seems more like propaganda than news and it has been for a while. It's just becoming very flagrant. I'm surprised anyone buys into it but I think not as many people like to think for themselves anymore and dig no further than a headline.

I was watching cartoons with my kid and there were definitely political statements made during commercials for the station. One was enough for my kid to look at me for a reaction because she wasn't happy about it. I'm glad she is smart enough to see when she is being misguided.

Unfortunately, it's something that's being forced down our throats as an agenda. We have all heard if you tell a lie often enough and loud enough people will believe it.

I really miss being given information and then making up my mind how I felt about it.

The "dumbing down" of American students is scary! I have a nephew, a college graduate and fairly successful business person, once state that he got all his news from watching Steven Colbert! My brother and I started "educating" him on the spot, and I believe we turned him around. I don't think kids are actually stupid, they are just a product of ill informed parents and the American "educational system" that wants to erase American history and replace it with socialist globalism.

I think they are pretty bright. But most aren't being taught critical thinking skills. Even at my kid's school, it's a fair statement to say indoctrination is going on in the classroom. Even online. I have witnessed it a few times. I want them to get an education. Not having a teacher try to instill values that are a direct contradiction to our values.

That is even more rapidly becoming the way of the world MB. Morality I think is becoming a 4 letter word.

I'm a rough cut guy. It comes with the territory. But I'm big on Ethics and Morals. Those that worked for me had a three prong test for what they did. Was it legal? Was it Moral? Was it ethical? If it passed that test they were probably ok.

I like your L M E test MB. We should all apply this test to things in our lives.
