Can you say ERPO? Extreme Risk Protection Order, or the infamous and dreaded “Red Flag” laws. So Dawgs, be VERY careful talking to your health care provider or basically anyone in the medical field about being depressed, angry or upset about something or someone. Cause if you do you can be easily deprived of your 2A rights. Heck this also applies to anyone living in your house! Now that you mention it, I recall that in those teleconferences that I have had during the past year from two of my doctors, that I have been asked if I was depressed or upset about anything. I don’t recall ever being asked that before. Interesting. Luckily I am always in a jovial mood, but according to my wife, sometimes a bit sarcastic.

Ray, you are thinking of the Supremacy Clause. But it does not apply to these types of laws. The Supremacy clause just says Fed Law Trumps state and local laws.
The Feds cannot force a State or Local agency to enforce Federal Laws. They are only sworn to enforce State and/or Local laws. In fact they cannot enforce federal Laws unless they are federally Deputized. All this lw would mean is that the locals won't enforce federal laws relating to that. It's legal and backed by case law.
That clause also stipulates that judges must follow federal law. Could the federal government flood the state with federal agents and possibly National Guard troops all crying about “sedition” to enforce the law? Naw, couldn’t happen.

My wife has decided that the SxS is the best thing ever and we aren't loading moving boxes into the cargo trailer for a couple of weeks. I'm also now adding e-trac to the entire length of the floor so we can get more machines in to take extended family with us on a few trips.
I had to go find more e-trac. It's not as easy to find here and I cleared out a harbor freight of everyone they had.

I got my Covid-19 shot today, second one will be next month. I felt so young seeing all the older folks waiting, either for the shot or the 15 minute observation period.

I got a call from the VA yesterday asking if I was wanting the shot. Told them no. Same for the flu shot. Hen I took the flu shot I was always “not feeling well” for a few days. Since I stopped taking the flu shot I’ve not been sick with flue like symptoms. Even the COVID was less (for me) than I had the regular flu.

I'm not on the approved list to get it. I'm ok with that. There are a lot more people that need it than I do. Plus any major side effects should be apparent by the time it comes around.

Yup. Wanted to know if I wanted to get the COVID 19 shot. I guess being listed as disabled (I do get a 10 percent disability check from them) puts me in a different category. Who knows.
