NICE Scott T88. I have two and that Gigantic CS Polypropylene one. Now if you want a club that is the one to get. It’s big and it’s heavy and I think you could knock out a Water Buffalo with it.

Afternoon Yard!
The weather is pretty decent. The sun is out and it's at least 40. I finally got my Hipsled/Hacksquat sold and out of the house along with about 500lbs of Olympic plates sold. I still have about 380 lbs of plates that I want to sell.
I'm only keeping about 450 in plates. That should be more than enough to keep me in shape.

I finally got my knee brace in. I'm pretty happy about it. I should be able to start going for walks as soon as the ice clears up. It's going to take a bit of time but I'll get back into a shape other than round.
The brace is full on modern Forest Gump though. It does the trick though.

A brace definitely helps me with the arthritis in my knees.

#1 i know youve mostly all lived active physical lifestyles / careers etc and i know the interwebs are full of knowledge buut theres alot of BS and one sided studies and personal opinions pushed , fad diets etc when it comes to aestetical body work.. im a certified bcrpa trainer ,x-sponsored bodybuilder and ran a very respected supplement shop for years. If anyone wants any training or diet ideas shoot me a message i really enjoy helping in this avenue. Cheers guys !
