Pulled out the 511 to rotate back into edc. Time to give the scrapivore a break, i cut away some blackberry over growth that was making the trail to our little swimming hole inaccesable .. guess i re sheathed it and swam with it forgot to wipe it down..and it didnt like the berry juice cus it got some gnarly rusty spots and some cool stains. Now its got a date with the wire wheel. It great for in the city but it is a bit small for more rural edc. The 511 will shine here

While I do like the big Bussekin blades a lot, my most used knife was the 411,

My dream blade is a clip point sjtac with a slight recurve. But the combat grade does me just fine

I got the yard next door mowed and lopped some more branches today and it feels good. Then we had a nice dinner of chicken tenders, mashed potatoes and gravy, and "California blend" vegetables. A good day.
