Good morning Yard.  We had our weather alert radio go off at 0430 with a tornado WARNING for our area. Fortunately it went just past us, haven't heard of any damage so far.

There was plenty of thunder and lightning; now the winds are blowing in the rain like waves. It's supposed to be like this for a couple of days. At least it makes the dogs want to come back into the house after they do their "business".

I'm glad it missed you.
If I ever moved back to tornado alley I would have to have a really nice storm shelter. About the size of my bedroom. With at least a queen sized bed and a couch with a TV and a kitchenette. I would just sleep there during tornado season. Then use it as guest quarters the rest of the year.

We have a king-sized bed, couch, and chair in the basement but our REAL tornado shelter is through a door and under our front porch.. I keep supplies in both spots.

Well, we dodged another one. The weather split up and went around us. We got some wind 3 or 4 times and some thunder (never saw the lightening) and then it was over.
