Pre-Covid an action like this was regarded as against our human rights.
However with the Federal government and many provincial governments enactuo mandatory vaccination requirements, the tides have turned
The only reason they have gotten away with this is that they have been running an almost 2 year long campaign convincing the masses that this is the "responsible" thing to do.
All the polls that I have seen shows support for these mandates ranging from low 70's to mid 80's%

My one nephew's wife works for an airline in quality control.
She refused the vaccine, so she and some others were terminated October 31st
As she said there was a small group that were not being vaccinated, and they became targets of bullying by others.
This bullying was supported by the employer and government officials

Not good

On top of that our Provincial Health Officer has closed down all mink farms.
Their reason being that 3 of the 8 farms are having covid problems (monks can carry covid 19)
They are doing a virtual closure now, and giving a permanent closure date of 2025.

This is troubling on a number if fronts.
It doesn't matter if you are for or against fur farming.
The fact that a PHO can shut down an industry and then the Minister responsible can permanently shut it down without debate is unheard of.
AND
Using a 2025 date to do this, shows that they are hoping to use this as an election issue OR they expect covid to still be around in 2025

Bill. I am sure That none of “Them” have any ties to the industries they are limiting or shutting down.

Well, he tried.

Bill, you and I have “spoken” for hours about religion. We know where we each stand. We are peaceful with each other as it should be. I do not think Ill of you, and you do not think Ill of me because of our differing opinions on things. This is as it should be for all of us. IF we do not agree we SHOULD agree that this is OK.

There is nothing wrong with having different opinions on things and then discussing our differences. What IS wrong is when we refuse to even discuss our differences. That is when things have gone to far. When one side refuses to even consider trying to come to some sort of an agreement even if it is that there will be no agreement, nothing will get done..

We need to agree we will never all agree and then continue our lives trying our very best to cause no harm just because we do not agree. I will let you live your life (even if I think it may be wrong) and expect the same consideration from those that do not agree with me.

All joking aside, as Rodney King said “Can’t we all just get along”?
