I don't think MasterCard would comply. Cabela's and BassPro use Capital One which is Mastercard for their credit cards. Great American Outdoors (Springfield Mo) is their parent company and they do about 7billion in sales every year. I use my Cabelas card to pay for gas and assorted stuff and pay it off immediately. I would guess their cards have Well over 100 billion in transactions a year not related to either store. I use it to get free stuff from Cabelas and Bass Pro.

I hear ya MB. And do agree. But they could do a reverse of Texas. IF they allow “firearms and related” items to be bought with Mastercard Rhodesia Island could exclude them from having any dealings with the state.

This reminds me of an interview with Charlton Heston a few years ago. The discussion revolved around firearm ownership and the gun hating folks of Hollyweird. When a riot was taking place he said that a few of his gun hating friends asked if they could borrow a firearm from him, but he replied "I will be using mine". Seems that their attitude changed when they realized that firearms were not so bad after all.
