Morning Yard!

I've caught a nasty bug and have pretty much been sleeping since Saturday evening. I got woken up this morning by my wife and the dogs got into a tussle and the instigator got torn up. So off to the vet for some stitches.

My buddy just sourced me a new 20in FNH government profile barrel with pinned front sight for $200. So instead of spending $200 on putting fixed BUIS on one of my other uppers I’m just going to spend $400 on a completed irons dedicated upper.

Love my mud mutt
I have the original dumpster mutt, but it is too thick for what i normally do with a knife that size.
If it wasn't my first yard knife, i don't know if i would still keep it

About 8 years ago our hot water tank died on Christmas eve, and we had to shut off water to the whole house because the tank was leaking badly and they didn't have valves on the infeed side of the tank.
It was under warranty, but due to the holidays we didn't get it replaced until the second week of January.
I was filling up water jugs at my parents house, and every few days we went there for showers

What a time that was lol
