We watched passion of the Christ tonight and my 17 year old is traumatized.
Weird night so we fixed Beef Chirizo and Egg Burritos and waffles for dinner.
Now they want to watch Men at Work. So I've got that going for me.

Large dinners are highly overrated specially when you’re a Diabetic. Plus it just gets more difficult cooking for 8 when you’re old.

My Easter dinner will be a can of Dinty Moore beef stew ; the General has been gone for 11 days visiting her Mother and will return tomorrow. We will make up for it though.

We had Ham mashed taters and Honey pepper corn for dinner. The corn is kinda like crack. Its addicting.

I don't care for cooking big dinners. I do enjoy hanging out with family and friends though.
I'm starting to enjoy the church potlucks more. I'm not big on crowds. Hazards of the old job and a hard habit to break too many people to watch hands, waist and face.
