High of 92 here today. No chance of rain till Saturday. Yeah, food prices are expected to go up just a tad, along with gas and, just about everything.

Afternoon yard!
It's a sunny and breezy 61 here. I need to start up my lawn irrigation. It looks like it's going to be above freezing for a bit. Though another snowstorm wouldn't surprise me. It won't be too much longer before I start planting the garden.

Morning yard. The hpg recon belt with shoulder harness Gives me some good modularity and keeps the weight low. From left to right I got fire, water and redundant items/extra layer/shelter/sleep on the back , food and more water, then a misc drop pouch and some shock cord woven between a few single slot opening between pouches for soft goods. Using a hpg heavy recon chest rig with the essentials and personal items / 1st aid.

Twoody, get yourself a good headlamp. And maybe a small AAA or AA flashlight for edc. If I have on clothes with a pocket I have my Maratac AAA flashlight in one of the pockets.

I always carry either a fenix uc35 or a rc09(can be clipped on brim of my hat) both rechargeable . If shtf it'd much rather use a small solar panel with USB outputs to recharge than worry about batteries. In my kitbag I also have an O Pen 2 . I has a small light and green dot laser also rechargeable
