Where was the Badger? I left the Badger at home. After all, this is the Scrap Yard forum. The SS4 did fine. Next time, I think I'll carry the Yard Guard. There's a real man's EDC! I just got back from there again, Paul. Here is the same marsh area around Hillery Creek and Camp Glynn at high tide. I like to walk there. It is about 1.5 miles from my house. ![[Linked Image from i173.photobucket.com]](http://i173.photobucket.com/albums/w64/rivershaman/WALKSS4027.jpg) ![[Linked Image from i173.photobucket.com]](http://i173.photobucket.com/albums/w64/rivershaman/WALKSS4030.jpg) ![[Linked Image from i173.photobucket.com]](http://i173.photobucket.com/albums/w64/rivershaman/WALKSS4034.jpg)

More nice pics Vic. The second one reminds me of a lovely little knoll by Thirlmere lake in the Lake District in northwest England. Great place to visit.. must get back up there. I understand why you like walking around your home area!!

Very Nice HD,
You are a lucky man to live so close to such beautiful places. I feel lucky. But there are beautiful places everywhere. On this forum I have seen Alaska, Canada, Arizona, Indiana, Montana and the Pacific Northwest. I enjoy seeing all you dog's scenery a lot. I enjoy Andy's and Pop's and all of them.
Horned, dangerous, and off my medication.

Glad you liked them, Dan. I was hoping to see my big king snake again. He was out the other day, but I didn't have my camera. I have decided to carry my camera with me for my little walks. There is beauty all around us. Besides, I need to walk more. I have grown very fat. We need a look at that big boy. I came across one last year on a baseball field but he was only 12 maybe 14 inches long...not real big By the way great pictures of your hike Thanks for sharing Dan

You ,Andy and POP take some great photos of the outdoors. I am going to go look at a quarter section of land my family is thinking of buying tomorrow so I will give it a shot myself. A quarter section is about 160 acres and the one I am looking at costs about 75 grand but thats because there is a house on it. It is about 50% farmland and bush so lots of deer. Another reason it is a bit more expensive is it has all the amenities like city water ,power and natural gas. I am really looking forward to being able to shoot guns and ride quads without all the hassle.

Unsub, 160 acres would be great! I have 3 acres. Sounds like freedom will be yours soon!
