Good evening Scrap Yard.  The surgery went very well on Thursday ands we came home on Friday. I think I might actually be doing better than last time based on what I can do walking around ( with my walker) and getting in and out of bed. The surgeon and physical therapist at the hospital were impressed with my efforts. I hope everyone in the Yard is doing well.

Good Sunday afternoon guys! Glad to hear you’re healing well Tom. I’m doing fine, still having a little trouble adjusting to the new diet and way of eating, but it’s coming along. I have to remind myself to eat slowly and take small bites, but I’ve lost almost 70 lbs since August 1st so it’s working.
