There are many coffee varieties and they all taste differently. At the moment I have 6 varieties in my freezer.

Well I just had a shock today. I’ve been feeling kinda blah for a bit and I’ve started getting thirsty a lot and well you know! Getting rid of the water. I decided to check my blood sugar as I haven’t in a while  as it has Ben running in the 130’s mainly. It was 449! Gonna watch it real close for a few days and then make an appointment with my endocrinologist if it doesn’t settle back down.

Rain here today as well with a high of 49 and a high tomorrow of 45.
I’m gonna try Tom. It’s possible I didn’t take my morning meds yesterday. This morning it was 285.
