I hear ya MB. We just finished smokin another 108 slabs of baby back ribs. In 4 different sessions now we’ve done 340 slabs. I am tired of eatin ribs, at least for a while. BUT at least they (we were helping s different denomination) with their fundraising. They’re wanting to build a new church out of the flood plane. And yes, it has flooded a few times and isn’t really in that good a shape. They have already had to replace the floor joists and the floor twice.

So with the rib and peanut brittle fundraisers alone with donations they have raised enough Money since November to do the concrete slab foundation (10K). Not bad for an old country church with less than 20 actual members.

That's pretty impressive Fundraising. And a whole lot of ribs.

Oh man they are delicious! One of the members has an Old Hickory Pits professional smoker. They are actually made less than an hour from here.

If I lived that close to them I would have one myself !

Good morning Yard. It's a frosty one out there ; I had to scrape my truck windshield in order to drive down to my mailbox to send off a bill.

I think their cheapest model starts around 3 grand.

This is the commercial version he has. He said a new one, depending, 6-7 grand. (He used to own a restaurant).
