Goo0d morning Yard. No tornado for us, but the strong winds ripped off part of our ridge vent on the roof. Now to begin the fun with our insurance company and roofing contractors.

I have a contractor coming out tomorrow for a look, and should hear from the insurance adjuster Monday. Not happy about the damage, but there are LOTS of folks worse off than us.

FINALLY, it’s quit in time. Started this morning about 10 got rid of a lot of clutter out of the garage. It looks a whole lot better now. Why we can actually walk around out there now. And no, it hasn’t held a vehicle in about 15 years  our house without counting the garage is only about a thousand square feet. We needed the storage space for all our junk, so… But it won’t seem to be such a daunting task for what’s left.

We sent a few pictures via emails to the contractor and insurance adjuster. Hopefully she gives the OK to the contractor as he is ready to go as soon as he gets the word. We want to get the work done before the next stormy weather Tuesday.
