Morning Yard!
I rarely go to the theater to watch a movie but the wide and I broke tradition and went out yesterday to see one.
If you haven't watched Nefarious I recommend that you give it a shot. Its billed as horror but its not. It is a psychological thriller. It is also one of the best independent films that I have seen.

We lost a 20 ft tall blue spruce. Has some friends lost 30 ft trees! One lost a 50 ft tree. One friend lost a 49-60 ft metal shed. Another lost her portable carport. And a final friend had a 50 ft oak fall on her house. Luckily no one was hurt. Started about 10pm and was over by about 1:30 or so. The destructive winds lasted about 30 minutes.

^^^ Glad nobody was hurt. The rain sopped me from mowing, and a short time later the storm roared in with heavy rain, strong winds, and lightning like crazy.

Afternoon Yard!
I'm finally able to find a Mormon Apricot. I was able to find a barefoot tree locally. I'm soaking it in water now. I'm about to dig a fair sized hole and see I I can get it to take root.
I'm still looking for a Bing cherry tree to plant. I already have a Montmorecy Cherry tree that is established.
If I can keep them alive I should have a nice little orchard in a few years.
