I hope everyone is healing well and recovering from their accidents.

Well, had my VA appointment today for physical therapy. What a shock!

They gave me an electrical stimulator for home use to decrease my back pain. It has 4 pads (like when you have an ekg) that connects to a small 2aa powered box. You apply the pads to 4 places around your back about 6-8 inches vertical spacing and about 12-15 inches horizontal. Then turn it up until you get a slight tingling sensation then it turns off after 30 minutes.

BUT, the most amazing thing was he did acupuncture on my back, and after about 4 hours it’s still working! He put 4 needles along each side of my spine, just in and out. None of them were more painful than a small shot. Maybe the Gubberment IS learning something.

Glad it's working for you Randy; I didn't know that the VA would do acupuncture.

They call it dry needling here Tom. I HIGHLY recommend it if you can get them to do it.

I will definitely remember that.
