Whew! Got the l last 2x2' paver in place for a patio extension right as the lightning started striking nearby. Felt a little vulnerable running up the hill carying a bunch of metal tools in a lightning storm, but what are you gonna do? The sky opened up right as we got the garage door closed. Opened the front door and the s stupid cat ran out. She took one look at the chaos nature was unleashing and said "nope!" Turned around and ran back in.

Smart Cat. Too bad it sometimes takes us humans longer to “get the hint” maybe we shouldn’t do something.

Patty’s hip is not getting any better. SOMETHING isn’t right no matter what they say. When we go shopping she has to be in her wheelchair or she can’t last for 5 minutes.

Other than that, as Mike says we’re vertical and above ground.
