Picked up an upright freezer for the garage. Maybe I'll have enough room for an Elk next year.

Yeah an elk would be nice. When I was stationed in Idaho a lady gave us a 5 pound moose roast. Said to just S&P it and cook it in cream of mushroom soup. It wuz good!

I'd like to try moose. I have hear its good.
I didn't hunt this year because we had such a bad winter kill for Elk and Deer this year. I saw very few fawns. Most died due to the harsh winter.

I make sushi and nigiri quite often. Also, I bought some jasmine rice because I’m getting into authentic Thai cuisine.
