Besides it’s easier for us old slow weak folks to just have to have one finger tied up.

MB, that new pistol sounds good. How does it compare in price to a Glock? Skunk, I agree with your observations on the knife but a karambit is a liability in our more enlightened states. It is looked upon as a very dangerous weapon designed to kill and has no utilitarian purpose. I can’t use a knife because if I took a hand off the walker, I would fall over. Besides, I have armed security with me when I go out and she’s an excellent shot.

Yeah, pretty much the same here about the K-bit. But I just didn’t have anything to do and two brain cells got together and well… well don’t let go, we can’t have you getting hurt. And have your Security team make sure she has the suppressor screwed down good. Wouldn’t want it coming off just when you need it.

Oh, but the Karambits are still really good blades. It’s a shame (the other side) doesn’t believe in self defense.

After a week of watching the news EVERYBODY should believe in self defense !

That goes for home security as well, considering the rising number of home invasions/ break-ins.

It was a little more than a Glock. I got a really good deal. It was on sale and I got a discount I wasn't expecting.

It was just under $700 before taxes. It was the best price I've seen. Everywhere else they were 814 to 889.

I put another 150 rounds through it today. Mostly accuracy drills and some failure drills. I'm still impressed with it. Especially compared to the same style pistol its going to replace.
