Ah man! How dumb can I get (don’t answer that Ray  )? I found the military exchange (BX/PX) website! If you qualify (there’s a very short question section) you can buy a new Rolex for about 8K. OK, there’s other stuff for us normal folks as well. Shopmyexchange.com
