I had a couple of friends who were heavily into martial arts and would teach me some techniques from time to time. One day they trained with nunchucks and tried to instruct me. I guess I was too uncoordinated to use them and after whacking myself pretty good a couple of times, I put them away and never touched them again.

Ray, I suspect that most people who try them for the first few times do the same thing. Even Bruce Lee had to practice.

Haha, yeah THEY HURT! but only leave bruises (when practicing). Now a Butterfly knife…

I use a practice Balisong and still hurt myself! Even though it’s a practice knife, it can still cause bruises when you’re going fast. Randy, do you have any experience with Silat or Escrima?

Good morning Yard. And I still prefer a .40 S & W. I like a 155. Even though it’s easier to tow a 105, you get more range with a 155. Distance is good.

Only watching videos some Ray. I never really practiced any martial arts just kinda watched s8me friends and playing around by my self. I did some stuff with friends but never got into it. Just enough to get hurt.
