Good morning Yard. I almost took it easy yesterday ; picked up 50 tee posts from the garden area and pried up some old wooden raised beds, then flattened the ground by driving over them. Then I unloaded the tee posts in the hay shed, returned to the house for a shower and chicken dinner. Life is good.

The snow has finally melted. Despite getting some fresh snow this morning.

Since the ground is damp I'm digging holes for trees. If I wait until its time to plant and I can get them from the nursery the ground is going to be pretty hard. So I filled up 5 gallon buckets with the dirt and put the buckets in the holes to help keep them from filling back in.

I fired up the riding mower just to make sure it would start. I need to change the oil and swap out the blades for some sharper ones.

Patty says my mowing days are over. And yeah, it does wreck my back. Messes me up for all the rest of the day and the next. Guess we’ll just have to pay the 35 bucks a week.

^^^ I guess people with lots of money can afford to do that.

Good morning Yard. We actually received a tiny bit of snow ushered in by a cold front last night, but it will start warming soon. Back to the 70's soon with a couple of 79 degree days forecasted.

Hi Ray, I hope all is well in your part of the world. Too bad about that bridge collapse in Baltimore and loss of life ; I never have enjoyed having to cross a long bridge anywhere, and now I'm sure many more people will feel the same way. Really a tragic event.

You’re right Tom. With all the garbage going on around the States and the world, then this tragic happening.

On top of that the President of Mexico is DEMANDING Bozo Biden bow to his demands or the flow of illegal aliens will continue to pour across the border. I really worry about our great nation.
