Have a good time on your trip to Florida, Tom. Red snapper is one of my favorite fish to eat. Be careful of the saltwater catfish though.

Hi Ray. We don't leave until Memorial Day, and our fishing reservation is for the 29th. I hope to catch some red snapper as well as a variety of fish including snook which is also supposedly delicious. I know that some of the restaurants will prepare your catch for your meal and I would like to try that as well. The best part of the trip is taking my son and four grandkids out for the experience.
