Well, I got the yard mowed, but had to run to town for more gas in order to finish the last little patch. Feels good to have it done and we can better enjoy our trip to Springfield tomorrow.

Not a good day at the Skunk’s den. Had a piece of metal kicked up by another vehicle. Took out the grill to our ‘23 Edge we just bought in September. Almost a grand just for the grill!

Got a 500 deductible. Stepson was driving it while his Yukon was getting fixed this past month. He is gonna pay out of his pocket so our rates won’t go up.

Just returned from a trip to town for some goodies, and an early dinner. Yesterday I took the General to the Chez Costco for lunch and today I took her to our barbecue restaurant . I sure am good to her !

Sorry to hear that, Randy. At least, there were no injuries. It could have been bad and bounced up into the windshield. As it was, it stuck in the grill. A piece of aluminum about 8 inches long and maybe 6 wide. It was some kind of a bracket.

As Ray said, at least there were no injuries. Damage to vehicles is frustrating, but damage to people is much worse.
