Well dogs, the new project has begun. Ordered that VP9sk OSP Slide from Gunzonedeals.com today. All it’l take to get her up and running is to drop in my barrel and recoil assembly. Now to start looking for holster and WML’s oh and probably an adapter plate for the sight once I decide on what RDS I’m gonna get.

Thanks Ray. It occupies my mind and gives me something to do since it’s been so hot. Also I’ve been thinking about taking the WML and the Sig Romeo 1Pro RDS off my P320 and slapping it all on the HK once I get the slide in. That way all I’ll have to buy is an adapter plate that will allow mounting the Sig sight to the H&K VP9sk. Now that I have both the full size and the compact VP9s, The Hellcat and Walther, it’s been a year or better since I’ve carried the P320. It’s just not as comfortable nor fits my hand as well as the others as the grip is bigger.

I bought a few more pew-pews and a little more freeze dried food. With the stock markets tanking and Warren Buffet selling off half of his Apple stock it might be a good time to salt away a little extra cash at home.

Haha, for sure! I guess I could get ankle holsters or one of those belly bands for my HIGH STANDARD 22Mag Derringer or my Beretta Tomcat 32acp. Or I guess my Walther PPK although it is a tad bit larger than the other two.

The belly band might be the best choice as I could get a smaller size and use it as a slimming device as well. That would help make folks my “Speedo” waist size was real!

Got my new OSP slide in for the VP9SK. Already got the WML (Streamlight TLR-7A) mounted. Now all I gotta do is get the Mounting adapter and then a holster and my Old/New carry gun will be ready to go.

I know it can’t actually be real but I swear the trigger pull isn’t as hard as it was with the old slide. I’m happy.

Skunk The trigger pull may actually be better. Several of the parts in the slide of striker fired pistols affect trigger weight/pull.

MB, I replaced my old NON OSP H&K VP9SK slide (the gun was manufactured in 2017) for this new OSP made slide within the last year. It came with everything in the slide except the barrel and recoil spring assembly. Oh yeah this new one also has suppressor height sights.
