Did anyone else see the 2 Scrapyarda knives released today?

Yep, just found out in an Email from Busse.

Yeah, I came here to get the details only to find no mention of them.

I guess I will have to check the Busse Bladeforums site as I didn't know about them either.

Ray, thanks for your evaluation of the HDR's.

They look like decent blades. But it would have been kinda cool if the Scrapayrd knew about upcoming Scrapyard knives. Or at least they were mentioned here in any manner. But...................

Let me reiterate a point about food. Taste is highly subjective. What I find acceptable may not be acceptable for another person. People with highly refined palates, such as Skunk, may find HDRs unacceptable. Low levels of lard perhaps and no possum meat. So view my favorable opinion of HDRs as just that. MY opinion. End of PSA. ( at least I got in a small crack at Skunky this time.)
