I'm pretty much done with sleeping on the ground if I don't have to. I like the outdoors. But I also like a decent sleep and being able to walk upright after the fact.
I totally agree with you M/B. I bought the oversized double sleeping bag for the General and I for when we go camping in our old Chevy Suburban. The days of sleeping on the ground are way behind me.

Didn’t actually BUY anything, but got this (the upper and RDS) in the mail today. Totally unexpected Hand built Christmas/Birthday present in 300Blk. Got it mounted on my SAVAGE MSR Lower and it fits pretty tight too.
